Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and well experienced individual to help our family with in-home caregiving. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance with the goal to improve quality of life. This position is for an experienced, caring individual who is confident in their caretaking abilities independently. The ideal schedule is four weekdays ranging from 6-8 hours/day.

Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document administration accurately
- Assist with mobility and transfers 100% independently ( Under 120lbs), ensuring the safety and well-being of our family member
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental health status
- Maintain a clean and safe environment

- Assist the family with household maintenance such as: laundry, dishes, trash, tiding up
- Respect and uphold client rights and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in caregiving for a hospice patience or similar individual is required

-Must be comfortable with toileting procedures
-Knowledge of care practices, including hospice care
-Ability to work effectively with individuals who have difficulties communicating

-Must be kind, caring, confident and resilient
-Strong sense of social awareness
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to resident rights guidelines
-Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
